Gregory Noonan

Mr. Noonan has 25 years of bank experience and has held numerous senior level positions at financial institutions of various sizes. His broad and deep experience in high level corporate functions range from managing far reaching finance and technology initiatives to leading comprehensive business acquisition plans. In each effort Mr. Noonan produced quantifiable value for organizations and shareholders. Examples of his project management experience include project leader for the integration of seven bank holding companies with 22 bank subsidiaries, in a three year period; transferring bank operations between cities within 120 days; and restructuring a bank with 1,400 employees within nine months. He is currently serving as project manager for two strategic bank initiatives that involve 10 - 20 projects. He started his firm in 2005 and has successfully completed more than 50 engagements for clients. Mr. Noonan graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Finance and serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations.

Teresa Wright

Ms. Wright is a 28-year retail banking executive and is exceptionally skilled at leading banks through organizational change, and designing and implementing growth and efficiency strategies. Noted for her ability to help banks improve their project management process, she is often called upon to lead teams and coach project managers. Teresa played a key role in designing and implementing changes to organizational structure which facilitated internal communications and provided an opportunity for increased profitability within all lines of business. She is adept at gaining acceptance for change among bank associates, most recently demonstrated in the Regions Bank / AmSouth merger, where she oversaw a complete change of all systems, procedures, implementation of a new scorecard, and a new management structure. In another merger she led her 300+ branch regional banking network successfully through the conversion process, recognized by many analysts and consultants as “best in class”. She managed over 75 branch consolidation projects in the region from 2001 to 2008. Teresa earned her M.B.A. in Management and Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University and her B.S. from Louisiana State University.
